On February 15th we spent time with our team in Winnipeg. Our Property Manager Greg Cramer and our Handiman, Les Starink are both great men who are excellent at their professions and we really appreciate all that they do to make sure that our properties in Winnipeg run smoothly!

Avoiding Failure rather than being Successful
You will get whatever you want out of life
It’s a good thing to avoid failure however the human brain does not do a good job of processing negative statements. Consider thinking about avoiding failure. Before you can consider the thought of "avoiding" failure you’ve first got to focus on what the term "failure" means. It could mean losing your home. Losing money. Going bankrupt.
Everything about your mental thought of failure is negative. When you focus on "avoiding failure" those mental thoughts will definitely fill your mind and leave you in a state unable to take action or move forward.
When you don’t take action you don’t succeed.
Now think about "success" as a Real Estate Investor.
What does it mean to be successful? That you own multiple homes producing passive income? Freedom from your job? Security and income in your retirement?
Whatever it means to you the thought or attraction of success is more motivating than the avoidance of failure. Focus on success and your mind will be able to attract success.
Nobody became wealthy by focusing on the avoidance of disaster. Always Remember you attract what you think. Think Postive, Think Success, Think Happy Thoughts
Robin Ellersiek - Award Night
We were very pleased to be able to attend the Winnipeg Real Estate Boards Awards evening where our wonderful Realtor, Robin Ellersiek received the Bronze Medallion! Robin is Gold in our hearts! Congratulatons Robin!
3 New Properties 
February was again an excellent month for shopping for Real Estate! Thanks to our excellent Realtor, Robin Ellersiek in Winnipeg, we were able to get accepted offers on 2 duplexes and a triplex and have equity from day one as well as excellent cash flow. We have taken possession of the first duplex and are now working with Joint Venture partners and will be taking possession of the 2nd duplex and the triplex on May 1st.
